My 5 years old daughter ask me to buy "Quakes". She must had seen the ads on TV :o)

When we arrived home, she ask me to prepare her the drink. Hmmm... as usual, I make one for my self... hehe...

Man... got to tell you this! it tasted like chicken hehehe... just joking! The taste is superb! Really fill my tummy. Good for diet people. I think because of the oats... i guess?!

I bet you, if you want to have a quick breakfast or rushing for something during lunch hour... u should check this out!

For me, it goes well with my favorate HL Milk (lite & easy).

Average Joe's at Hartamas!

Now, this is new!

Recently when I was at Hartamas somewhere near Pelita Nasi Kandar. There's a mini yellow truck, park by the roadside. I believed some of you has came accross this yellow truck before.

I'm quite curious bout this yellow truck when I first saw it... Very bold and very attractive.

Guess what?! It sell Burger... Good news to all bugerian :o) haha...

Finally, someone on the street sells homemade burger. This homemade patty was prepared by the Joe's Brothers. There are our local boys that have the guts to try this new business and be different... Cheers!

I'd tried this homemade burger and it is incredibly good! 5Star. Other than that, they also sells Goreng Pisang, Cendol...

The best thing is, if you "tapau", they use a recycle material paperbag and container... very mindful and compassionate...

Bandar Sri Damansara... Here they come!

Guys... if you ever happen to be around Bandar Sri Damansara, KL (turn left, right after LDP toll near Ikea), you got to check this place out! There's a restaurant called Thai Base (or Group Base) served variety types of dishes. It's located just behind RHB bank / Maybank block in Bandar Sri Damansara it self.

The taste..."Boley Tahan!" This restaurant is suitable for family or friends gathering. It is a 2 stories shop lots with cozy Kopitiam ambience.

It is a HALAL restaurant.


I'd tried their dishes and my personal recommendations are their Butter Prawn - 4Star, Kung poh Chicken - 3Star, Fried Kuey Teow - 3Star, the homemade GB Taufoo - 4.5Star & Crab Fried Rice - 3Star.







During my visit, I'd tasted their best sellers - Durian Cake! For those durian lovers, you should try this... it taste exactly like the real durian - 5Star!
